We didn’t want the photography to dominate our wedding day and didn’t even want a photographer to be around all day but we still wanted someone to capture some key moments of our day. He was able to rattle through the more formal photos quickly for us meaning we maximised time to enjoy the day but he captured some truly fantastic natural photos which we could not have been happier with.   • Well where do I start with Dave, he is absolutely amazing and so are his photos!! From the very beginning when we first got in touch with him he was so easy to talk to, we met up with him to discuss the day and the conversation was flowing and it was nice and straight forward considering we didn’t know exactly what we wanted, we were happy for him to do his thing. Then the day came and Dave was incredible, he turned up nice and early and spend some time with myself and my bridesmaids and then moved over to the place my wife was getting ready, followed by the big day itself. The whole time Dave was around he was approachable for us and the guests, he was fun and got involved in some of our games and had a laugh with our guests whilst keeping himself under the radar and capturing some really candid moments. One thing that didn’t go unnoticed as well was that he was not precious with time, he stayed later than planned to make sure what got what we wanted and he didn’t batter and eye lid about it! But above all that, his photos are absolutely amazing!! We knew he was great before we even had the final pictures but when we got them we were over the moon. Highly recommend Dave, he’s more than just a great photographer 💙”

The photos are just what we asked for - they beautifully capture the feel of the day and all our guests enjoying themselves. During the ceremony in particular we didn’t really notice him as he moved around to get the different shots.   • hoosing Dave to photograph our wedding was an easy decision, and also a great decision! His portfolio struck us as exactly the kind of photos we were looking for - with a real focus on candid shots that capture the atmosphere of the day. We loved the playful style of some of the shots too (groom being yeeted in the air, anyone? 😂) Right from our initial enquiry, Dave was really helpful, easy to communicate with, and explained everything. His prices are all transparent so you know exactly what you're paying. We arranged to meet a few weeks in advance to go through all of the arrangements for the day - timings, shots we wanted, who would be where, who was wearing what. It really helped put us at ease, and Dave's quite the expert, whilst understanding that it's a once in a lifetime experience for us...! And on the day, everything was just perfect. Dave's good humour, ability to just blend right in, but also to arrange having the right people in the right place, just made the day seamlessly smooth. And the pictures... Just wow. We're absolutely in love with them - they've captured the essence of the day so perfectly, and mean we've got the most wonderful keepsakes from our wedding.   • We booked Dave around a year before our wedding and I’m so glad we did. Dave made us feel at ease from the get go, we had a few meetings with him to discuss what we wanted. Dave was up for any ideas we had and even took a drive up the Malvern hills for photos which meant the world to us. Dave did not feel like our photographer, he felt more of a guest that we had known for much longer. It was extra special that during the reception we found out Dave knew a late family member which was a lovely surprise. Dave’s photos are honestly amazing with a variety of in the moment photos and formal portrait pictures. Dave is a friendly, funny and all round warming character.   • I can’t recommend Dave enough. Right from the outset he was exceptional. From the way he got to know us ahead of our big day, to getting involved in the planning, and finally taking on the massive task of helping us surprise all of our guests who thought it was just a birthday party they were coming to. Dave worked seamlessly with our videographer, and the two of them turned around some of the most heartwarming and magical content in such a short space of time, all so that we could keep the element of surprise going. Beyond that, the shots of the day were so wonderfully candid and natural, and really captured the feeling of the day. Our friends and family all commented on what a brilliant addition Dave was to the day. He not only captured our special day, he significantly contributed to making it special too. We can’t recommend or thank him enough.

Dave is highly professional, relaxed, funny and oddly calming which honestly made a morning I'd been dreading into one I actually quite enjoyed.
